Mezzanine Loan – $2,300,000 for West Village Apartment Buildings

Brick Realty Capital LLC, through an affiliate entity, is pleased to announce that it has closed a mezzanine loan in the amount of $2,300,000.  The collateral is comprised of an entity that owns a fifty  percent interest in two West Village apartment buildings.   According to Eric C. Roth, a Managing Member, “the mezzanine loan request was presented to us on Monday afternoon, we issued a Commitment Letter on Tuesday and we closed the transaction on Friday.  Our ability to quickly respond to offerings and then execute and fund the loan all within a five day period is what makes us a preferable option in the bridge loan arena.”
