$2,300,000 Mezzanine Financing – Inwood Apartment Building

Brick Realty Capital LLC, through an affiliate entity, is pleased to announce that it has closed a mezzanine loan in the amount of $2,300,000.  The collateral is secured by an entity that owns a 90 unit apartment building located in the Inwood section of northern Manhattan.   According to Eric C. Roth, a Managing Partner who arranged the loan, as the borrower required the use of the funds on an expedited basis, we were able to issue the Commitment Letter and close the loan all within a seven day a time frame.
