$660,000 Red Hook Acquisition Loan

Brick Realty Capital LLC, through an affiliate entity, originated a first mortgage in the amount of $660,000 for the acquisition of a 2 story mixed use building located in the Red Hook section of Brooklyn. According to  Eric C. Roth, Managing Partner of Brick Capital,  this loan is representative of Brick’s continuing commitment to aggressively finance smaller sized deals in the boroughs.  The  loan features interest only payments and was closed within 2 weeks of application in order to meet the borrower’s Time of the Essence closing requirement.  Brick’ Capital’s George Niblock arranged the financing on behalf of a private investor.
