Phil began a career in real estate financing more than 10 years ago. He began his education in finance while working on Wall Street. He advanced his profession working as a Financial Advisor for Bank of America and then JP Morgan Chase.  Nearly 5 years ago, Phil became the principle loan officer for a private lender. During his tenure, he placed nearly 50 loans for the benefit of the company.

In 2009, Phil joined Brick Realty Capital LLC as its Chief Loan Officer and is an equity partner in the firm.  His determination and expertise within the financial arena has enabled him to converse easily with both lender and borrower. 

Phil credits his success to his commitment to constantly educate himself through his attendance at numerous commercial mortgage seminars and classes in order to ensure that he is current with today’s market trends and conditions.
