COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE BROKER: INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR OPPORTUNITY

Job Description: Originate, underwrite, prepare package, presentation to lender and assist in closing. Financing includes: land and construction financing on residential projects; construction and permanent loans on income/commercial properties; equity/joint ventures on both product types. Work with banks, thrifts, credit companies, life companies, pension funds, REITS, conduits, hedge funds, and private money sources. Supportive environment for a loyal team player.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree(s) Preferred: Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Accounting or equivalent experience.

Experience: Must have commercial real estate lending or sales experience with a strong background in marketing. Must be detail oriented with professional attitude, marketing skills and a strong desire to learn.

Other Skills Required: Team player, loyal, goal oriented and assertive.
